This document specifies the specification, classification, code and marking, requirements and testmethods of steel heat-insulated fire doors (hereinafter referred to as "fire doors")Law, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, etc.
This document is applicable to Class A flat-open steel insulated fire doors that can meet the requirements of fire resistance integrity and thermal insulation at the same time within the specified time.Other opening methods of fire doors can refer to this document.
The material of steel material shall comply with:

The factory inspection items are implemented according to Table 2, in which the "reliability" item is the sampling inspection item, and the sampling plan is implemented according to the provisions of Table
Fire door products should be inspected item by item by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the factory inspection items and issued a certificate before leaving the factory.
And the installation acceptance passes the delivery for use.
If any item of the factory inspection items is unqualified, it will be judged as unqualified. If it is still unqualified after repeated inspection, it will be considered as unqualified.
The minimum sampling base for fire doors is 9. It is extracted from the finished product warehouse of the production unit.

Each protective door should have a permanent sign fixed in an obvious position, which should include the following contents:
A) Product name, model specification and trademark:
b) Manufacturer name, manufacturer mark and factory address:
c) Date of manufacture and batch number:
d) Implementing standards.
The production of product labels shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306.
The packaging of products and their hardware accessories should be safe, reliable, and easy to load, unload, transport and store. The packaging and transportation should comply with GB/T 6388
Regulations.
The surface of the product should be covered with a protective film first, and then wrapped with soft materials such as foam board to prevent transportation, installation, etc.
Damage or contamination occurs during the process.
The packaging of products and their hardware accessories should be safe and reliable, and easy to load, unload, transport and store. The packaging, storage and transportation marks should comply with GB/T191Regulations.
The following written information should be attached to the product, and the information should be put into a waterproof bag:

The expression of the product certificate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14436, and the expression of the product manual shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.
During the shipment of products, the packaging should be avoided from being damaged by collision while driving. When loading and unloading, it should be lifted and handled gently to avoid knocking, falling, prying and other behaviors.
Prevent mechanical deformation from damaging products and affecting installation and use.
The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place to avoid contact with corrosive sustances, and measures such as moisture, rain, sun and anti-corrosion should be taken Shi.
When the product is laid flat, the bottom must be flat, the stacking height of the door frame shall not exceed 1.5 m, and the stacking height of the door leaf shall not exceed 1.2 m: the product is laid vertically
